Product overview:

The J-net IM series BBU special integrated cabinets are designed to meet the needs of 5G network construction, adapt to the construction characteristics of high power consumption and large concentration of BBUs, and change the current situation of low space usage and cooling efficiency caused by different airflow organizations of BBU equipment, and realize some computer rooms are deployed quickly, taking into account the development needs of other high-power equipment in the edge computer room in the future, and are specially customized integrated cabinets for the installation of 5G BBU main equipment.

Product Features:

1) The standard 19″ column is adopted, which can be flexibly adjusted back and forth, and can provide a reasonable installation layout according to the special environment of various types of system equipment;

2) Fully welded design structure, using a combination of factory pre-assembly and on-site assembly. Provide a flexible installation plan, with small on-site installation workload;

3) Professional grounding design, the rear of the cabinet contains a grounding copper bar, which can be reliably connected to the grounding device in the cabinet;

4) The subframe is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, which has high load-bearing performance and static load ≥140KG;

5) Wiring devices are set up and down on the subrack to realize the separation of power supply and transmission cables, so that the wiring is standardized and clear;

6) The subrack uses a 10-channel vertical heat dissipation layout to provide a good working environment for BBU equipment;

7) Adopting double wire management and ring routing method, used for the layout of separate routing of optical fiber, communication wire and power wire, so that it has clear hierarchy and convenient management.

8) Air flow blocking device and optional sealing panel can be configured according to needs, which can effectively separate cold and hot air flows and achieve precise cooling effects;

9) The outer surface of the subrack adopts electrostatic powder baking paint, which does not peel off the paint, is anti-oxidation, and is acid and alkali resistant to ensure the service life of the subrack;

Working principle of airflow organization:

1) When using a left-in and right-out BBU, the BBU cover is installed vertically to the left:

2) According to the principle that the density of cold air is greater than that of hot air, the cold air duct is located at the lower part, the hot aisle is located at the upper part, and the BBU equipment is placed in the middle. The cold air flows in from the cold air duct, passes through the BBU equipment and flows out from the hot air duct.

3) When using the right-in and left-out BBU, the BBU cover is installed vertically to the right:
