1) Definition of heat exchanger:

The heat exchanger device is a kind of air outside the cabinet that is lower than the temperature inside the cabinet, and is effectively exchanged through the heat exchange core to achieve temperature regulation, thereby meeting the heat dissipation requirements of the control cabinet in a closed state, and avoiding the high pollution of fresh air. .

2) Working principle of heat exchanger:

When the heat exchanger is working, the air outside the cabinet and the air inside the cabinet at different temperatures are driven by the fan to exchange heat through the partition plate made of metal materials. The airflow on both sides is 100% completely separated, eliminating the impact of humidity and dust Potential contamination in the cabinet. The specific refrigeration working process is described as follows:

The system measures the temperature in the cabinet through an NTC temperature sensor, and controls the heat exchange according to the corresponding temperature setting value

The work of each part in the device is as follows:

  • The evaporating fan will run immediately after power on.
  • The default setting of the condensing fan is to start at 35°C and stop at 29°C.
  • The heater is set to start at 5°C and stop at 9°C by default. That is, when the temperature in the cabinet is lower than the set value by 5°C, the heater turns on

When the temperature reaches the set value of 9°C, the heater stops working.

  • The system has RS485 communication interface and supports standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol. Each parameter can be set on the host computer
