  1. Scope of use
    YWS series of outdoor integrated cabinets are mainly used for wireless communication base stations, including new generation 4G/5G systems, communication/network integrated services, access/transmission exchange stations, emergency communication/transmission, etc.
    2. Structure
    Cabinet body: The overall structure is 1 unit and 1 cabin, and the external dimensions are optional. The material of the cabinet is 45mm thick color steel plate, and the base of the cabinet is 200mm high and 2.0mm thick. The cabinet is compatible with the installation of OLT main equipment. At the same time, it has the installation space for dynamic environment monitoring unit, power distribution unit, embedded DC power system and PLC. The upper part is the equipment compartment and the lower part is the battery compartment, which can meet the installation space for main equipment and batteries below 150Ah/48V.
    The integrated outdoor cabinet for the base station adopts a standard size cabinet. The standard cabinet size is: inner dimension width*depth*height: 800mmx800mmx1800mm ; outer dimension: width*depth*height: 900mmx900mmx2100mm ; door and door lock: the cabinet door adopts built-in type Structure, the door gap is tight. The door opening angle is >110°, the cabinet door has a limit structure, and the door limit device has a limit function when the door is in the “open” state . The door lock adopts a three-point structure of a pull rod and a lock plate, which is firm in structure and strong in anti-theft performance.

2. Ventilation window and filter screen design

(2) The air outlet of the fan is designed on the top cover, and the air outlet of the fan is at the edge of the top , so that the rainwater flows down along the louvers, and there is also a secondary structure to prevent rainwater from flowing into the ventilation opening.
3 Connection fastening
(1) Use threaded connections with anti-loosening devices as structural and load-bearing connections. The anchor bolts for fixing the cabinet are hot-dip galvanized bolts. The connection is firm, without leakage or virtual connection;
(2) The rivets or rivet nuts are arranged neatly, without tilting, cracking or loosening. The riveting surface is not dented, deformed or damaged.
(3) The door hinge adopts the inner hinge method.
